Updated: August 23, 2026

Welcome to The SavvyPro ("The SavvyPro," "we," "us," "our"), a coaching service operated by SavvyPro Holdings Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, discovery calls, and coaching programs (collectively, the "Services"). By booking a call, purchasing a program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, particularly the sections on confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, as they affect your legal rights.

1. The Services We Provide

In Short: We provide personal and executive coaching services, delivered through discovery calls and structured coaching programs.

The SavvyPro offers coaching services including, but not limited to, discovery calls, single-session strategy intensives, and multi-month coaching engagements. The specific scope, format, and duration of each engagement is described on our Programs page or in a separate coaching agreement provided to you prior to the start of paid services.

2. Eligibility

In Short: You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Services are not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

In Short: Discovery calls are free; paid programs require payment before or at the start of the engagement, and we ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.

Discovery calls booked through our site are complimentary and carry no payment obligation. Coaching programs require payment in accordance with the pricing and terms presented to you at the time of booking or in your coaching agreement.

Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or make-up session, except at our sole discretion.

Refunds. Fees paid for coaching programs are generally non-refundable once the engagement has begun, except as otherwise stated in your coaching agreement or required by law.

4. Confidentiality

In Short: What you share with us in coaching is confidential. In accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, we do not disclose your information without your consent, except where the law requires it or where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.

As a coaching practice, we hold ourselves to the confidentiality standards set out in the ICF Code of Ethics. Consistent with those standards:

  • We treat all information you share during coaching conversations, intake forms, and related communications as strictly confidential.
  • We will not disclose your identity or the content of your coaching engagement to any third party without your explicit consent.
  • The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law (such as a valid legal or regulatory request) or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or another person.

This confidentiality commitment is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Client Responsibilities

In Short: Coaching is a partnership — your outcomes depend on your own honesty, effort, and follow-through.

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process, and that the value you receive depends significantly on your own participation, honesty, and willingness to take action between sessions. You agree to provide accurate information and to communicate openly about your goals and concerns.

6. Not Therapy, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

In Short: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal counsel, or financial advice.

Coaching services provided by The SavvyPro are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal representation, or licensed financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately. We may, at our discretion, recommend that you seek support from an appropriately licensed professional, and reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching if we believe it is not an appropriate substitute for other care.

7. Intellectual Property

In Short: All materials we provide as part of coaching remain our property, licensed to you for personal use only.

All content, frameworks, worksheets, and materials provided as part of the Services are the intellectual property of The SavvyPro or its licensors.
